I got lost in Powell's yesterday and felt compelled to pick up an art book featuring the work of a certain B. Monroe. His work makes me very uncomfortable and reminds me of a book I had as a child that explained how the human body worked and had drawings of little cells and germs that all had faces, but I like it. Especially all the work featuring people.
Beefranck is my dream girl. This is a piece she did based on this REM song. I feel like Aziz Ansari in the episode "The Camel" from Parks and Recreation looking at it. I'm having an emotional reaction to a work of art.
